Comfortable rooms, good food, and reasonable prices. Room keys and coffee machine need improvement, but staff are helpful. Surprisingly quiet despite busy street and bar below. Impressive design and luxurious amenities in Kew Garden Room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to Richmond train station. It made getting around the city easy. I loved that it was just a short distance from Kew Gardens, a bonus. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. And the cleanliness of the hotel was great.

I stayed at this quaint hotel in Richmond and enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the charming shops, restaurants, and stations. Plus, it was an easy commute to central London. I also loved the opportunity to take scenic walks along the Thames and in Richmond Park. a great experience for a solo traveler like me!

Felt snug, nothing to complain about.

What a find! The room I had at Orange Tree was beautifully decorated with a shabby chic feel to it. It was spacious, clean, and had a nice shower. Despite being located above a pub, I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs. The location was also great, just a short walk to the river and close to lots of bars and eateries. The receptionist, Amy, was really cute and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this lovely hotel located right in the heart of Richmond. The room was extremely comfortable and had excellent facilities, including a spacious bathroom and a well-stocked mini bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location couldn't have been better, with the hotel situated just opposite Richmond station and close to shops, restaurants, and the Thames. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.

I was disappointed that there was no milk provided with the hot beverages in the room. It would have been a nice touch to have everything I needed to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee without having to ask for it separately.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The room itself was well-designed and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the prompt response to a problem with the shower, fixed quickly. a good experience.

This hotel is ideally situated opposite the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff here are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and the room was immaculate with all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the fact that the room had opening windows for fresh air, and they were not near any noisy areas or generators. The breakfast served here was delicious and cooked to perfection.

All in all, everything was ok during my stay at this hotel.
